Excitement

It's still a long way until the wee hours of the morning. But I can't wait, I want to watch Spider-Man 3! You know that tingling feeling before you go to sleep? That's what I have been feeling for the last hour. Ahh! I have to go to bed now, I must wake up early and line up tomorrow. Haha! "Spider-Man, Spider-Man, does whatever a spider can... spins a web, any size....."

It's great seeing some of my barkada. I truly miss them, and now that I am leaving, it’s hard not to miss those great memories we’ve had. Though the day was hot (very hot, I might add), all we did was discuss things that were happening to us. The day was filled with laughter and I do hope we’ll get to do this again before I leave. By the way, the pork chop we had at Steak Exchange was very good. I missed that, and then it struck me… I’m getting big, very big. Next challenge for me would be to lose weight. Discipline. Watch what you eat. I can do this. Wah!

May 1 is drawing nearer...

No, not because it's Labor Day. It's because Spider-Man 3 swings into Philippine cinemas. I already have a gameplan, which is to watch the first screening of the film on opening day, and then watch the special screening at night. This is one of my favorite films, and course I will go through great lengths just to see it. This is a fanboy's dream, seeing Venom on screen will be kick-ass. I can't wait!

"That would be kidney stones..."

Wow, I thought that I have fully recovered from my kidney stones. Wrong, so I thought. Last night was the most painful 7 hours of my life. I was experiencing pain in my lower abdomen. While my doctor said that painkillers would help ease the pain, it didn’t. I do hope I get well soon, and for good. I wouldn’t want experiencing this again when I get to Dubai. As of now, I’m keeping my fingers crossed so this wouldn’t happen again.

Reminiscing the old days

Last night I went to a party of my best friend Densie. While there was a lot to attend to, my other good friend Glai and I went into serious talk about our lives. How we’ve changed since the days we were together in high school and how we have matured all these years, with each one realizing how our antics were simply child-like during those days (with Densie commenting that we still do act childish… hehe). The night went on with Glai and me eating a surprisingly amount of food (yes!). And when the time finally came when the 3 of us get to talk, a lot were recognized. We talked about how change can mean sacrifices for each of us, and that these sacrifices will be for the best for each of us. And when Densie pulled our old grade school yearbook, a lot of old incidences also came into mind. Immediately, I realized also other friends that I also missed. From my childhood friends Danilo, Nico, Chris and Rach, and high school barkadas (Jeah, Nikki, Pie) these are people in my lives are definitely not worth forgetting. With our stories verging from pearl coolers, to my sister’s issues, to betrayal, this is definitely one discussion we will remember. One lack I forgot to do was eat some of Densie’s Black Forest cake, I forgot how incredibly luscious that dessert is. The night ended very happily, I do hope I get to see them one more time before I leave. This is one part of my part I would never forget.

HOT!

Fuckin' hot! I am currently in my room and I cannot stand the heat. This is too much. Even swallowing ice cubes is not enough! I mean, I love summer, but this is too much! And even stripping down to my boxers is not good enough... Why? oh Why? Damn global warming... as I don't know who else to blame. Wah!

Long time no post

It's been a while since I've posted here. What's new with me? I recently bought the extended version of Spider-Man 2. Aptly titled Spider-Man 2.1. At first I was hesitant in buying this release, who can stop the impulse of a Spider-Man movie fan? I went home and watched the extended cut. To my surprise, it is a whole new edit of the film, inserted with funny moments specifically from Jameson, the Bugle's editor. This is a great buy, which makes me even more excited for Spider-Man 3. I already have a lot of Spider-Man DVD's, only the Superbits would complete this package.

Halloween

I am a big fan of the Halloween series... the sequels sucked, and I still consider the first one to be the best. Here comes Rob Zombie in a 'reimagining' or more probably, a 'remake' of the first Halloween movie. Based on the trailer I've just seen, this looks mighty good. Can't wait. Rob Zombie's Halloween opens August 31, 2007.

HELP Wanted

Shockingly, someone like me who does not do drugs, who does not go on late night illegal escapades, who defines QUIET time as being at home alone, IS apparently still THAT NOT good enough for my peers.

Tuliro, I don't know how to say it in English. Tuliro (in my best possible attempt to explain) means confused... in a way. I was listening to this song by Sponge Cola (by the way, they rock!) and thought that this is what I have been feeling the whole time. While their song tackles more on love, mine is somewhat a bit of both. Wah! Enough of that, at least I have gotten myself over of that feeling I had the other day. Now I can continue drooling over Spider-Man and all other stuff. Haha. I am reborn… (in a non PBB-style Keanna-like way). :-)

Well, it's not me. It's my K750i. Happy 1st Birthday. Since I've bought it, it already went through lots of unimaginable torturement (well, I exaggerated), but it still works out fine. I think this phone will stay with me for a long time.

Blog Design

Like the Spider-Man 3 design? It's just a pre-made template. Just to coincide with the May 1 Philippine release of Spider-Man 3. Can't wait, I'll be lining up for this film the first day it'll be shown. I'm not a geek. I'm just a die-hard fan.

Confused

I. Am. Confused.

And I do not know why. Confused may probably be not the right word to describe this feeling I've been having. Suddenly there is this feeling of uneasiness in me since last week.

Probably because there is some part of me that wishes I could be someone who people can look up to. And I want to be in that position very badly. It may still be a long way for me, but I somehow envy persons who reached the top of their goals at an early age.

This is just passive. This is just for now. I do hope this felling will fade away (weird song plays in head).
